Summary:
If a UTI is suspected, your board‑certified physician may prescribe antibiotics, which are sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
Diagnosis & Prescription Process
Your physician assesses your symptoms through a secure video visit
If appropriate, they will electronically send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy
You confirm pickup or delivery and complete payment directly through the pharmacy
When a In-Person Exam May Be Needed
A physical exam or urine culture may be recommended if:
You have a history of recurrent UTIs
Your symptoms suggest a kidney infection
First time UTI with unclear symptoms
Your physician will guide you to a lab or in-person provider as needed.
