Applies to:
Patients presenting UTI symptoms via HLTHI.life

Summary:
If a UTI is suspected, your board‑certified physician may prescribe antibiotics, which are sent to a pharmacy of your choice.

Diagnosis & Prescription Process

  1. Your physician assesses your symptoms through a secure video visit

  2. If appropriate, they will electronically send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy

  3. You confirm pickup or delivery and complete payment directly through the pharmacy

When a In-Person Exam May Be Needed

A physical exam or urine culture may be recommended if:

  • You have a history of recurrent UTIs

  • Your symptoms suggest a kidney infection

  • First time UTI with unclear symptoms

Your physician will guide you to a lab or in-person provider as needed.
