Summary:
A pelvic exam is not required to receive virtual preventive care through HLTHI.life. Here’s what you need to know.

What You Can Expect Virtually

Your provider can evaluate many women’s health concerns and provide guidance, prescriptions, or referrals through a virtual visit. This includes:

  • Birth control consultations

  • Menstrual and hormonal health evaluations

  • Menopause symptom discussions

  • General wellness screenings

When an In-Person Pelvic Exam Is Needed

If you are due for a Pap smear, pelvic exam, or require an internal examination for symptoms like pelvic pain, unusual discharge, or bleeding, your HLTHI provider may recommend you see an in-person OB/GYN or primary care provider.
