Summary:
If your symptoms don’t improve or side effects occur, here’s how to schedule a follow-up with your physician.

When to Schedule a Follow-Up

You should book a follow-up if:

  • Your symptoms don’t improve after the expected time frame

  • You experience side effects or complications

  • You want to adjust or change your medication

  • Your condition has changed or new symptoms have appeared

How to Schedule a Follow-Up

  1. Log in to your HLTHI.life account

  2. Click “Schedule a Visit”

  3. Select Men’s Health and the correct patient

  4. Indicate in the reason box that this is a follow-up visit

Your board-certified physician will have access to your previous visit history and will continue your care plan accordingly.
