Summary:
Yes. If your physician prescribes medication, you can choose where it’s sent — whether to a local pharmacy or for home delivery.


How Prescription Routing Works

  1. After your virtual visit, if a prescription is issued, your board-certified physician will send it to your chosen pharmacy.

  2. You’ll receive a prompt to confirm:

    • Your preferred pharmacy for pickup

    • Or whether you’d like to arrange for home delivery (if available)

  3. You’ll also review medication pricing and complete payment directly through the pharmacy or pharmacy partner.


Can I Change My Pharmacy?

Yes. If you need to switch your pharmacy after the visit:

  • You can reply to the prescription confirmation message with updated info

  • Or, contact support at patients@hlthi.life for assistance

Note: HLTHI.life does not handle pharmacy payments directly — this is managed by the dispensing pharmacy.
