Why Photon Handles Prescriptions
HLTHI.life partners with Photon Health, a licensed pharmacy network, to handle all prescription fulfillment, pricing, and delivery logistics.
After your visit, your provider sends your prescription directly to Photon. From that point forward, Photon manages your prescription process from start to finish, including:
Confirming your delivery or pickup preference
Providing pricing information
Processing payment or insurance (if applicable)
Answering questions about pharmacy selection, delays, or refills
How You’ll Hear from Photon
After your visit, Photon will reach out by email or text.
Look for a message asking you to confirm your prescription preferences.
Have a Prescription Question?
If you have questions such as:
“When will my prescription arrive?”
“Can I switch pharmacies?”
“I didn’t get a message about my medication”
Contact Photon directly using the information in their message to you.
