Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Patient Login Page
   Visit https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome

2. Click on “Forgot Password?”
   Below the login fields, click the “Forgot Password?” link.

3. Enter Your Email Address
   Type the email you used when registering, then click Submit.

4. Check Your Email Inbox
   You’ll receive a password reset email with a secure link.

5. Click the Link & Create a New Password
   Follow the link in the email and enter your new password. Make sure it’s strong and secure.

• Didn’t get the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder.

• Make sure you enter the same email associated with your HLTHI.life account.
