Email verification is required to activate your account and access telehealth services. This guide explains how to complete the process.

Steps to Verify Your Email

1. Check Your Inbox
   After registering on HLTHI.life, go to the associated email and you’ll receive an email with the subject:
   “Verify your HLTHI.life account”

2. Open the Email and Click the Link
   Inside the email, click the “Verify My Email” button or link.

3. You’ll Be Redirected
   The link will open HLTHI.life in your browser and confirm that your email is verified.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes it lands there.

• Wait a few minutes — email delivery can be delayed.

• Resend the email:

  • Go to https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome

  • Try logging in — you’ll be prompted to resend the verification email if it’s not complete.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Make sure you entered your email correctly during registration.

• If you still don’t receive the email, contact our support team for assistance.
