? Primary Account Holder

  • The main person who created the account

  • Can schedule, manage, and cancel appointments

  • Can view billing info and payment history

  • Can add or remove family members or dependents

  • Receives all communications (email/SMS) unless otherwise specified

? Dependent / Family Member

  • Linked to the primary account

  • Cannot log in independently (unless granted specific access)

  • Can be scheduled for appointments by the primary holder

  • Health and appointment history is managed by the primary account

  • Often used for children, elderly parents, or partners

Managing Roles

  • To add or edit a family member, use the “Schedule a Visit” flow

  • If you want to transfer primary access, you’ll need to contact support

Privacy Note

Only the primary account holder can view or manage personal health data for dependents unless specific sharing permissions are set up.
