Understanding Payouts & Payment History

The Payouts page shows your earnings from completed visits and the history of payments sent to your bank account through Stripe.

Accessing Payouts

1. Log in to the provider portal.
2. Click Payouts in the left sidebar.

Payout Summary

At the top of the page, you will see key metrics:

• Total Earnings – Cumulative earnings from all completed payouts.
• This Month – Earnings for the current calendar month.
• Pending Payouts – Amounts that are scheduled for payout but not yet sent.

Stripe Account Setup Status

Below the metrics, you will see a Stripe Account Setup banner that may show:

• Stripe Account Setup Pending – You need to complete or update your Stripe account before payouts can be sent.

Use the Complete Setup button to finish verification or the Refresh Status button if you have already completed setup in a separate window.

Payment History

The Payment History table lists all payouts processed from your provider services, including:

• Date
• Description
• Reference ID
• Status
• Amount

If you have not received any payouts yet, the table will show No payouts yet.

Payout Schedule & Processing Time

At the bottom of the page, the Payout Information section explains:

• Payment Schedule – Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays for the previous week’s completed services.
• Processing Time – Funds typically arrive in your account within 2–3 business days after processing.
