Yes — as long as your appointment has not already started, you can cancel or reschedule directly from your account.
? Steps to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment
Log In to Your HLTHI.life Account
Go to https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome and sign in.Click on the “Appointments” Tab
Navigate to your dashboard and select the “Appointments” section.Select the Patient Profile (if needed)
If your account includes multiple family members, choose the patient whose appointment you want to manage.Find the Upcoming Appointment You Want to Change
Scroll to locate the visit, then click on it to view more options.Click “Cancel” or “Reschedule”
To cancel: click “Cancel Appointment” and confirm
To reschedule: click “Reschedule,” then choose a new date/time and confirm
Receive Confirmation
A confirmation message will appear, and you’ll also receive an email.
