How to Join a Telehealth Visit

? Steps to Join Your Telehealth Visit

1. Log In to Your HLTHI.life Account
   Go to https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome and sign in with the email and password you used to register.

2. Click on the “Appointments” or "Return to Call" Tab
   After logging in, navigate to the “Appointments” or "Return to Call" section on your dashboard.

3. Find Your Scheduled Appointment
   Look for your upcoming visit. If it’s scheduled for today, it should appear at the top of the list.

4. Click “Join Visit”
   This button will become available 5–10 minutes before your appointment time. Click it to enter the virtual visit room.

5. Allow Camera and Microphone Access
   When prompted, be sure to click “Allow” so the platform can use your device’s camera and microphone.

✅ Best Practices Before You Join

• Use a strong internet connection (Wi-Fi preferred)

• Close all other apps or browser tabs using your camera or mic

• Use the latest version of Google Chrome (recommended) or Safari

• Utilize the Call Settings and Testing section under the visit page to avoid issues during the meeting

• Make sure you're logged into the correct account

• Refresh the page

• Confirm that it’s within 10 minutes of your scheduled time
