Missed a Visit? Here’s What to Know
Check Your Appointment Status
Log in to your account at https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome
Go to the “Appointments” tab to see if your visit is marked as “Missed” or “No Show”
You Can’t Rejoin a Missed Visit
If the appointment has already ended, you won’t be able to join it again
You’ll need to schedule a new appointment
Reschedule Your Appointment
Go back to the “Schedule a Visit” section
Follow the steps to book a new time with your provider
Choose the earliest available slot that works for you
Consider Messaging Support (Optional)
If you missed a visit due to a technical issue or emergency, you can contact support for help or clarification

Set a reminder or add your visit to your calendar
Log in 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid delays
Make sure your device and internet are ready beforehand
