Missed a Visit? Here’s What to Know

  1. Check Your Appointment Status

  2. You Can’t Rejoin a Missed Visit

    • If the appointment has already ended, you won’t be able to join it again

    • You’ll need to schedule a new appointment

  3. Reschedule Your Appointment

    • Go back to the “Schedule a Visit” section

    • Follow the steps to book a new time with your provider

    • Choose the earliest available slot that works for you

  4. Consider Messaging Support (Optional)

    • If you missed a visit due to a technical issue or emergency, you can contact support for help or clarification
