How Lab Testing Works
During your virtual visit, the provider may recommend lab work based on your symptoms or medical history. This could include:
STD/STI screenings
Hormone panels
Routine blood work (cholesterol, thyroid, etc.)
Getting Lab Tests
If lab testing is needed, your provider will:
Recommend the appropriate test(s)
Refer you to a local lab or in-person primary care provider
Help you understand what to do next, including how to follow up on results
What HLTHI Does Not Provide
