How Do I Schedule Follow-Up Care?

Summary:
If your provider recommends a follow-up visit or additional care, here's how to schedule it through HLTHI.life or with an in-person provider.

Virtual Follow-Up Through HLTHI

1. Log in to your HLTHI.life account

2. Click on “Schedule a Visit”

3. Select the same patient profile and choose Women’s Preventive Care again

4. Use the notes or reason-for-visit field to indicate this is a follow-up

Your provider will have access to your previous visit notes and can continue care accordingly.

When In-Person Follow-Up Is Needed

If your provider recommends a physical exam, lab test, or imaging, they may suggest:

• Visiting a local OB/GYN

• Going to a primary care provider

• Following up at a clinic or testing center

They may also provide you with documentation or guidance to take to your in-person provider.
