If you believe you were charged in error or need to request a refund for a visit or subscription, follow the steps below.


? How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an Email to Support
    Email us at patients@hlthi.life to request a refund.

  2. Include the Following Information

    • Full name on the account

    • Date of birth

    • Date and description of the charge

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Any supporting details or documentation

  3. Wait for Review
    A support agent will review your request and may follow up with additional questions.

  4. Refund Outcome

    • If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

    • You’ll receive an email confirming the decision and refund status
