If your contact or personal information (like name, email, or phone number) is incorrect or needs to be changed, you’ll need to contact our support team directly. For security reasons, this information cannot be edited through the app or patient dashboard.


Why You Can’t Edit This Info Yourself

Some personal data is linked to your identity and medical records. To protect your privacy and comply with health information regulations, certain changes must be handled manually by our support team.


✉How to Request an Update

  1. Send an Email to Our Support Team
    Email us at patients@hlthi.life

  2. Include the Following Details

    • Full name on the account

    • Date of birth

    • The specific information you need updated (e.g., new phone number or email)

    • Any supporting documentation (if required)

  3. Wait for Confirmation
    A support agent will follow up to verify your identity and confirm the changes.
