Steps to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log In to Your Account
    Go to https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome and sign in.

  2. Go to Your Account Settings
    From the dashboard, click on your profile icon or name, then choose “Subscription” or “Billing” from the menu.

  3. View Your Current Plan
    You’ll see details about your active subscription, including plan type, billing frequency, and next payment date.

  4. To Cancel Your Subscription

    • Click “Cancel Plan” or “Update Subscription”

    • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

    • You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation
      Note: You may retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

  5. To Change or Upgrade Your Plan

    • Click “Update Subscription”

    • Select the new plan option you want

    • Confirm the changes to update your billing and access

  • Got charged after canceling?
