? What Kind of Reminders Will I Get?

You will receive appointment reminders via:

• Email — Sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your visit

• Text message (SMS) — Sent 1 hour before your visit (if a mobile number is on file)

?️ How to Make Sure You Receive Reminders

1. Check That Your Contact Info Is Correct

   • Go to your Account Settings

   • Make sure your email address and mobile phone number are up to date

2. Enable Notifications

   • Visit Settings > Notifications

   • Ensure appointment reminders are toggled on for both email and SMS

3. Mark HLTHI.life as a Safe Sender

   • Add patients@hlthi.life to your contacts to prevent reminders from going to spam
