Managing Your State Medical Licenses
The Licenses page allows you to add, update, and remove medical licenses used to practice on HLTHi. You must have at least one active license on file to be eligible to see patients.
Accessing License Management
- Log in to the provider portal.
- Click Licenses in the left sidebar.
You will see a card for each license showing:
- State (e.g., Florida)
- License number
- Status (e.g., Pending Approval, Active, Expired)
- Start Date and Expiration Date
Adding a New License
- On the Licenses page, click Add License in the top-right corner.
- Enter the required fields (state, license number, issue date, and expiration date).
- Save your changes.
- Your license will show as Pending Approval until verified by our credentialing team.
Editing an Existing License
- Find the license you want to update.
- Click the Edit button on the license card.
- Update any fields (e.g., new expiration date after renewal).
- Click Save to submit the changes for review.
Deleting a License
If a license is no longer valid or you do not wish to use it on HLTHi:
- Locate the license on the Licenses page.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: You must always maintain at least one active license to remain eligible to practice on the platform.
License Status Definitions
- Pending Approval – Submitted and awaiting verification.
- Active – Verified and approved for use.
- Expired – License has passed its expiration date and cannot be used until renewed and updated.
