Overview of the Provider Dashboard

Welcome to the HLTHi Provider Portal

The HLTHi Provider Portal is your home base for managing your account, licenses, contracts, payouts, and subscription. This article walks through the main dashboard and what each section means.

Dashboard Layout

After logging in, you will land on the Overview page. At the top you will see:

  • Welcome message – Confirms you are logged in and shows the name on your provider profile.
  • Application Status banner – Shows whether your application is Pending, Approved, or Rejected, along with a profile completion progress bar.
  • Complete Your Payout Account – A reminder card with a button to finish setting up payouts via Stripe.

Key Metrics Section

Below the banner, you will see quick stats about your account:

  • Total Licenses – The total number of active or pending licenses on file.
  • Active Licenses – Licenses that are currently valid and approved.
  • Total Earnings – All-time completed payouts.
  • Pending Contracts – Contracts that still require your signature.

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions area lets you jump into common tasks:

  • Update License – Add a new state license or renew an existing one.
  • View Contracts – Review or download your provider agreement.
  • Payout Settings – View payout history and update payout configuration.
  • Upload Documents – Upload required documents like your medical degree or driver’s license.

Recent Payouts & Notifications

The bottom of the Overview page includes:

  • Recent Payouts – Shows the most recent completed payouts when you begin seeing patients.
  • Notifications – System messages related to your account, onboarding, or payouts.

If anything on this page looks incorrect, you can update it directly from the linked sections in the left sidebar or contact support.
