To ensure smooth and secure video visits, make sure your device and internet connection meet HLTHI.life’s system requirements.


Device Requirements

  • Smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android)

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a built-in or external webcam and microphone

Tip: For the best experience, use a smartphone with the latest update and allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.


Internet Requirements

  • A stable internet connection is required

  • Minimum speed: 2 Mbps upload/download

  • Recommended: Wi-Fi or strong 4G/5G connection

  • Avoid public or shared networks when possible


Browser Requirements

If you're using a computer or mobile browser (not the app):

  • Google Chrome (latest version) — recommended

  • Safari (for iPhones and iPads)

  • Edge (latest version) — supported

  • Firefox — not recommended for video

Make sure your browser allows access to your camera and microphone.
