Device Requirements
Smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android)
Laptop or desktop computer with a built-in or external webcam and microphone
Tip: For the best experience, use a smartphone with the latest update and allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
Internet Requirements
A stable internet connection is required
Minimum speed: 2 Mbps upload/download
Recommended: Wi-Fi or strong 4G/5G connection
Avoid public or shared networks when possible
Browser Requirements
If you're using a computer or mobile browser (not the app):
Google Chrome (latest version) — recommended
Safari (for iPhones and iPads)
