How to Update Your Payment Information

Need to change your payment method or update your insurance details? Here's how to do it from your HLTHI.life account.

Steps to Update Payment Information

1. Log In to Your Account
   Visit https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome and sign in.

2. Go to “Account” or “Billing”
   From your dashboard, click on your profile icon or menu, then select “Billing” or “Payment Info.”

3. Click “Edit” or “Update Payment Method”

   • Enter your new credit/debit card information

   • Review and save your changes

4. Your New Payment Method Will Apply

   • All future charges (subscriptions, appointments, etc.) will use the updated info
