How to View or Download Receipts

Need a receipt for your visit or subscription payment? Here's how to view and download your billing history on HLTHI.life.

Log In to Your HLTHI.life Account
Go to https://patients.hlthi.life/welcome and sign in.
Navigate to “Billing” or “Payment History”
From your dashboard, go to the “Billing” section in the main menu.
Locate the Payment or Visit
You’ll see a list of recent transactions, including:
- Appointment charges
- Subscription renewals
- Refunds (if any)
Click “View Receipt” or “Download”
For each transaction, you’ll have the option to view the receipt online or download it as a PDF for your records or reimbursement.

Receipts include date of service, provider name, and payment amount.
If you don’t see a receipt you expected, contact support at patients@hlthi.life
