Setting Up Your Stripe Payout Account

HLTHi uses Stripe to securely process payouts to providers. You must complete Stripe onboarding before you can receive any payments.

Starting Stripe Setup

  1. Log in to the provider portal.
  2. Click Payouts in the left sidebar.
  3. In the Stripe Account Setup Pending banner, click Complete Setup.

This will redirect you to a secure Stripe-hosted page to collect required information.

Information Stripe May Request

  • Full legal name and date of birth
  • Business or personal address
  • Bank account or debit card details for payouts
  • Tax identification information

Refreshing Your Stripe Status

After you complete setup on Stripe’s site, you can return to the HLTHi portal:

  1. Navigate back to the Payouts page.
  2. Click Refresh Status to update your payout status.

If the banner still shows “Stripe Account Setup Pending” after a few minutes, please check that you fully completed all steps on the Stripe side.

Updating or Fixing Stripe Information

If Stripe requires additional information later (for example, new documents or verification), you may see a message asking you to update your details. Click the provided link or button to complete the requested steps.

If you are unable to resolve an issue, contact support with:

  • A brief summary of where you are stuck
  • Any error messages you see
