Managing Your Subscription & Billing

Your provider subscription enables access to the HLTHi platform and tools. The Subscription page is where you manage your plan, billing, and payment methods.

Accessing Subscription & Billing

  1. Log in to the provider portal.
  2. Click Subscription in the left sidebar.

Subscription Status

The Subscription Status card shows:

  • Status – e.g., Incomplete or Active.
  • Plan – The name of your current plan (e.g., Provider Monthly).
  • Billing Cycle – Typically monthly.
  • Amount – The subscription fee per billing cycle.

To activate your plan, click Activate Subscription and follow the prompts.

Action Required Banners

You may see banners such as:

  • Complete Your Payout Account – You must complete payouts setup before fully activating.
  • Action Required for Payouts – Additional information is needed (often related to Stripe or billing details).

Payment Methods

The Payment Methods card allows you to add a credit or debit card used for your subscription.

  1. Click Add Payment Method.
  2. Enter your card details in the secure form.
  3. Save to make it your default billing method.

Billing History

The Billing History section lists past subscription-related transactions, including:

  • Date and description (e.g., “1× Provider Platform Fees”).
  • Amount charged.
  • Status (e.g., Paid, Void).

If you see a $0.00 “Void” line, it usually indicates a test or canceled transaction.

Updating or Canceling Your Subscription

If your plan supports pauses or cancellations, you can request changes by contacting support. Include:

  • Your full name and email on the account
  • Whether you want to pause, cancel, or change plans
  • The date you would like the change to take effect
