Notification & Communication Preferences

Stay informed about contract updates, payouts, and account activity by managing your email and SMS notification settings.

Where to Manage Notifications

  1. Log in to the provider portal.
  2. Click Contact Info in the left sidebar.
  3. Scroll down to the Communication Preferences section.

Types of Notifications

  • Email Notifications – Highly recommended. Used for contracts, payouts, application status, subscription changes, and other important updates.
  • SMS Notifications – Optional. Used for urgent or time-sensitive alerts (e.g., important account issues).

Enabling or Disabling Notifications

To update a notification type:

  1. Find the line for Email Notifications or SMS Notifications.
  2. Use the toggle or button to switch between Enabled and Disabled.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend keeping email notifications enabled so you do not miss important information related to your account and payments.
